Security Service
- All Members vehicles will be recognized for automatic entry via our Advanced Number Plate Recognition system
- All Entry and Exit control will be screened and recorded - Visitor information will be kept for safety and security purposes
- Members can pre-registered their guests - QR code will be provided which will be verified at entrance, faster check in process
- Guards will do a scheduled and frequent patrol - Notification to Members on any anomaly detected
- Panic Button concept for Members - Members can also call the guards
Community Events
- MTRA will host community events to foster better relationship between residents and to encourage more participation and residents to become Members and Contributors
- Annual General Meeting will be held to comply with ROS and association constitution
- The MTRA committee will reach out to residents for suggestion before hosting such events to ensure maximum participation
