Who are we

Maple Terrace Resident Association is a registered association with Registrar of Society Malaysia. Our registration number is PPM-022-10-30032016. We are governed by RoS statute and our constitution.

With total of 104 3-storey superlink houses, our neighborhood nestled in a closed lush greenery of Denai Alam enclave, neighboring Elmina Peak and Elmina Ridge. Come join our community if you are one of the resident, there are tons of benefits await you.

Neighborhood Watch

MTRA has acquired approval from Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) to provide "Skim Komuniti Berpengawal" since 2018 and has been operating under such approval ever since.

Our security guards man the entrace/exit of all vehicle via electronic boomgate. They also perform area patrolling and report any anomalies encountered.

The security service is home guard service currently managed exclusively by MTRA.
